Hello, my name is Lizzie, I am a Clinical Specialist in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy from Nottinghamshire, UK.
I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2010 with a 1st Class Honours Degree in Physiotherapy and began my career at my local hospital where I developed a passion for Pelvic Health Physiotherapy.
I have completed my Postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Clinical Practice (Pelvic Health) and I am currently undertaking a Master's Degree in Pelvic Health at Brunel University London to become an Advanced Clinical Practitioner.
I have over 15 years experience working as a Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecology Physiotherapist in the NHS where I developed a specialist interest in supporting women through various stages in their lives including pregnancy, postnatal and beyond.
I believe all women should invest in their health during their lifetime. I am passionate about supporting women with their antenatal & postnatal journey including recovery, goal setting, return to exercise and investing in their health as a new mum.
I have extensive experience treating women with Pelvic Floor Dysfunction at any age (including urinary incontinence and prolapse) Diastasis Recti (tummy gap) and have a special interest in Pelvic Pain, including Endometriosis.
I am a Certified Pre & Postnatal Coach, Mummy MOT Practitioner, Certified Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist and Franklin Method® Pelvic Floor Fascia Certified Trainer.

In 2022 I was a finalist for The Chad Business Award- Professional Services.
In 2025, I was a finalist in the Nottinghamshire Baby & Toddler Awards, receiving Runner Up for Service Provider for parents.
In my spare time I enjoy walking, Pilates and Yoga. I have completed Clinical Yoga for Physiotherapists and often use a yoga based approach in my clinical practice. This can include techniques like breathwork or adapting yoga poses during practices.
I am passionate about health and fitness and have previously taken part in events such as competitive obstacle course racing and an SAS hiking challenge in the Brecon Beacons.
In my spare time I am passionate about promoting the importance of Pelvic Health outside of clinic. I volunteer in humanitarian affairs in Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and I also support local projects, promoting Pelvic Health Physiotherapy at local sports facilities (including CrossFit gyms and local health/wellbeing services.
I am a full member of the professional network Pelvic Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy (POGP) as well as a full member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
I also work part time for Circle Health at The Park Hospital, Nottinghamshire, working along side Gynaecologists and Urologists to support patients with their journey. I specialise in Men's Health including Pelvic Pain & Post Prostate Surgery.

ABOUT JORDAN
BSc Physio, MCSP, HCPC.
NHS Musculoskeletal (MSK) Team Lead
I’m thrilled to be working with the Modern Mums & More Pelvic Health Physiotherapy Clinic alongside Lizzie and the team.
My name is Jordan, and I’m a highly experienced Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapist with a growing passion for Pelvic Health. I qualified from the University of Huddersfield in 2016, returning to Nottinghamshire to begin my NHS career.
I started out as a Rotational Physiotherapist, gaining valuable experience across a range of specialities before specialising in MSK Outpatients, treating everything from sports injuries and post-operative rehabilitation to persistent pain and joint conditions. I now lead an MSK Physiotherapy team in the NHS, supporting patients through tailored rehabilitation and movement-based recovery.
My interest in Pelvic Health began during my rotation in this area, where I met Lizzie and I loved it so much I stayed for another term! Since then, I’ve continued to build my knowledge and integrate pelvic health principles into my MSK work, particularly supporting patients with pelvic pain, menopause-related changes, and core or postural dysfunctions.
I’m passionate about combining my MSK expertise with my love of Pilates and Yoga, helping people restore confidence, movement and strength at every stage of life. I take pride in a caring, compassionate and holistic approach, empowering each individual to understand and optimise their body.
I’m delighted to bring this experience to Modern Mums & More, offering the Mummy MOT® service and helping to bridge the gap between musculoskeletal and pelvic health care.
I am a Mummy MOT® Practitioner, a Chartered Physiotherapist (CSP) member, and HCPC-registered.
