ABOUT JORDAN
BSc Physio, MCSP, HCPC.
NHS Musculoskeletal (MSK) Team Lead

Hi, I'm Jordan! I've been a qualified physiotherapist for almost 10 years, and along the way, I've developed a passion for Pelvic Health. My journey began when I had the pleasure of meeting Lizzie during my physiotherapy rotations, and she quickly became both a mentor and a friend.
When I’m not seeing clients in the clinic, I’m a Team Leader in Musculoskeletal (MSK) Physiotherapy with the NHS, helping people with a variety of joint issues. I also love mentoring my team, encouraging them to explore Pelvic Health and integrate it into MSK care.
In 2025, I was honored to receive the AHP Leadership Award for my leadership skills, and I’ve also been nominated for leadership awards three times — something I’m incredibly proud of!
Outside of work, I’m a DIY enthusiast, always learning new skills and taking on projects at home. I'm a proud dog mum to Belle, a yoga lover, and a key part of my family and friendship circles. I’m also a hockey WAG to my partner, Josh.
I’m passionate about inspiring, empowering, and treating people with a holistic, mindful approach. That’s why I’m so excited to be part of Modern Mums Physiotherapy, where I can bring my MSK expertise to the Pelvic Health clinic and support you on your journey to better health.
I look forward to meeting you soon.
